:: Info ::

The plot is easy to grasp, taking place in Hyrule but most, if not all, characters will be OCs.
Canon characters may appear such as Link and Zelda, perhaps more but they'll be minor and won't be following the story the whole time. Zelda at least has to appear, as one of the main character slots is her daughter, the princess- and it could be that the hero is Link's son, but for him you can chose if you want the hero to be his son or not.
Now, for the dark one-- this may come as a shocker but as the first posted hinted at, the villain of this story won't be the expected desert prince, but instead will be unknown for some time. Only myself and the owner of the villain character will know as I'll be the one choosing, and you are not allow to tell anyone. If you do, you'll be kicked out of the roleplay. Harsh, I know but I want you to realize how serious I am on keeping this secret.
This will allow for mystery, lies, and uncertainty-- could very be that the big baddie this time around is someone you know; a friend, a sibling, a trusted companion, who knows. All that is known is that evil and darkness is stirring, monsters appearing and reeking havoc, and nobody knows why, where, or who.

The land of Hyrule is a mix of Ocarina of Time, Skyward Sword, and Twilight Princess hence why there's a lot of locations but location-wise follows OoT most, the Twilight Realm and Termina may very well be added but for now, are impossible to reach. That means no Terminians or Twili characters.

As said prior, I'll be choosing who the dark one will be. Now say you don't want your character to be the dark one, there's a fix for that; once the separate character board is up with the sheet, in said sheet will be an option for you to say 'yes/no' to. Say 'no' you don't have to worry on being picked, if 'yes' then your character is a possible candidate; I advice making the character flexible enough to go either way by chance I don't choose him(only stipulation, has to be male, sorry).
I'm going to introduce a non-canon race called Halflings, like the name says, the character is crossed with two races. So say like half Hylian, half Sheikah-- can't be half Kokiri, though. But a Halfling could also be a character that had been cursed as a child, and is half monster; say half Hylian, half Lizalfos. Or half Poe. Or even half Wolfos. The combinations are practically endless.

:: Rules ::

I. All site rules apply; obviously.

II. Everyone has flaws, so no mary/gary sues; also no god-modding or killing other players characters without permission

III. Semi-literate at most; I understand writer's block but I don't want a page full of one-liners. At least two-three sentences.

IV. As many characters as you can handle, but try be somewhat minimal; it can be kind of confusing working for a dozen characters.
--I do advise to be wary of how many of each gender there is, just as long the gender ratio is kept somewhat even.
I'd like to state this here; your characters can't have crushes on each other, but they can be siblings. I'd also like to say, and I mean absolutely no offence and I'm not against it as I've dabbled in it, but for this roleplay- only girlxboy romances. As said, I have nothing against it but I would prefer it this way, least grant me that.

V. I allow cussing, but only to the extent of the site rules; you don't have to use them.
-- Gore and drama is welcomed but not excessively, and of course, romance is welcomed. But don't make the characters love each other on the first page, allow for time. And for those 'particular moments', please fade to black.

VI. With the character sheet given, you are free to 'pretty up' your post as well as add to it.

VII. I would like decent activeness, I understand life and whatnot, if you fear you'll be away- please message me. I cannot guarantee your character not getting left behind if your away. I will give Re-cap when asked, but I'm not at fault at the speed the roleplay may go.
REMEMBER: if you do not post for two weeks without warning me, your character WILL be removed.

VIII. You must have a decent knowledge of the Zelda universe, and have at least completed 1 game, or have played more then 2 games(not necessarily complete but it helps, and I will also allow if you've watched others play them for a significant amount).

IX. And lastly, have fun and respect other players; arguments don't belong here and won't be tolerate.
